"In between childhood and adulthood, teens experience massive changes on both a physiological and psychological level. While teenagers should continue to get routine physical exams by a physician and maintain an active lifestyle, massage therapy can be a valuable component to a teen’s overall health and wellness." Pregnancy massage promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers. This is very beneficial in the second and third trimesters when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back. Prenatal massage benefits from the many changes that can strain your body with the new adjustments.
Soma Cupping Therapy
$95/60 min | $135/ 90 min
(Or add 20 minutes to your massage for $20 extra)
Massage Cupping is the combination of massage movements and negative pressure with the use of a suction device on the skin. A cup is positioned at the area to be treated and, depending on the type of cups being used; a vacuum is created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue into the cup. This vacuum creates a suction effect that increases blood & lymphatic circulation systemically and the local area, relaxes muscle tissue and support, draws stagnation, and toxins out of the body while releasing countless pain causing factors (Types of Cupping offered: Facial Cupping, Baguanfa/ Soma Silicone Cups, Glass Fire Cupping).
Table Thai Massage "Lazy Man's Yoga!"
$160/ 90 min | $210/ 2 hours
Thai Massage or Nuat Thai - combines both physical and energetic aspects. It is a deep, full-body massage progressing from the feet up. Focusing on the sen or energy lines throughout the body, while clearing blockages in these lines, this stimulates blood flow and lymph drainage throughout the body. You can think of it as yoga, acupressure, and reflexology all in one.
(The Massage is traditionally performed on a padded mat on the floor. For this treatment, the massage will be performed on the massage table. Loose comfortable clothing is worn during the massage)
$100/60 min | $140/ 90 min
(Or add 15-20 minutes to your regular massage for $20 extra)
The hot stones used are commonly Basalt stones (or lava rocks) which over time have become extremely polished and smooth. As the stones are placed along the recipient’s back and body, they help retain heat which then deeply penetrates into the muscles to help them relax. This is a very therapeutic & comforting treatment, especially when your body's core temperature generally runs cold.
( I found my own stones, try them out! )
$55/ 30 mins | $95/ 90 min
Reflexology is based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands and feet that relate to the organ, gland, and system of the body. Like I always say:
“You always start off your day, ON YOUR FEET."

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Thank you for reading
understanding the above information.
